I. Organization moment
-Good morning, dear pupils! I am very glad to see you and hope that you are ready for the lesson.
There are a lot of guests at our lessons, but don’t be afraid of them they are the teachers too.

Teacher: Ok. Pupils, look at the blackboard
-  What can you see in the pictures?
-You are right!

IІІ. Our theme in our lesson is-“Holidays in different seasons”

Today we are going to speak about holidays. At first let’s revise some holidays activities. Look at the blackboard now. I want you to answer the question: 
- What is most important to you about a holiday? 
- What is your favourite kind of holiday? 
- Which is the best and which is the worst holiday you have ever had? 
  Teacher: Before the start of the our lesson, I will divide you into two groups.  Come to the table and choose one of these cards. The cards shown pictures "asyk”, "gift boxes”, “stockings”. Look at your cards and sit in your groups.

So every country and nation has their own traditions and customs. It's very important to know traditions and customs of different countries.
I Speaking
-What holidays do you know in Kazakhstan?
Teacher: Look at the interactive board.
There are many interesting holidays in Kazakhstan. Such as Nauryz (Наурыз), New Year (Жаңа жыл), Kurban ait (Құрбан айт), Mother’s day (Аналар мен қыздар), Victory day (Жеңіс күні), Independence day (Тәуелсіздік күні), the day of president (Президент күні), the day of Astana (Астана күні) and so on.
There are many public holidays in Great Britain. They are: Christmas (Рождество), Boxing Day (Бокс күні), New Year (Жаңа жыл), Easter (Пасха), Thanksgiving Day (Алғыс білдіру күні) and Independence Day (Тәуелсіздік күні)

VI. Work with poster
Teacher. The heads of in each groups please come to my table and choose one card. Work with poster.
1st group Nauryz
2nd group Happy New Year
3rd group Christmas
Teacher: Can you use ordinal numbers?If you don’t remember ordinal numbers look at the Actibe Board. We must use ordinal numbers for group work.

Ex: 4 p.59 Complete the sentences with the correct Present Simple negative form of the verbs in the box.

Teacher: Children look at the Interactive Board.  Do you like grammar exercises? Do you remember Present Simple?
